Tegernseer Waldfest 2023

Tegernsee Forest Festival 2023

on Jul 14 2023
For three days—or rather, evenings—the butterfly garden in front of Tegernsee Castle will be brimming with tradition and joie de vivre as the Snow Skating Club, Ice Skating Club, Gymnastics Club, Cycling Club, and Volleyball Club invite everyone to a joint forest festival. There will be a lottery, shooting gallery, slap-the-clutch, nail beam, can throwing, and, of course, all sorts of culinary delights and traditional music. It starts Friday at 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. Rescheduled in case of inclement weather: July 21, 22, and 23.
Kabarett mit Eva Karl Faltermeier 2023

Cabaret with Eva Karl Faltermeier 2023

on May 12 2023
Two years ago, she was awarded the "Senkrechtstarter-Kreis" (Senk-Starter Circle) at the Bavarian Cabaret Awards. But since her own television show "Karlsplatz," Eva Karl Faltermeier has also become a household name with a wider audience. Now, the Regensburg native is coming to Tegernsee for the first time. She will present her new solo show "TAXI. Uhrläuft" (TAXI. Clock is ticking) at the Ludwig Thoma Hall. In her unmistakable style, she explores where we all want to be picked up, where the ride takes us, and what it costs us. An entertaining journey—through the twists and turns of life—where every second counts. Tickets are available at muenchenticket.de
Büchermarkt im Gymnasium 2023

Book market at the Gymnasium 2023

on Apr 04 2023
This event is a real insider tip: At the Lions Club's book market at Tegernsee, well-preserved books, some in mint condition, are on sale. A total of 15,000 works ranging from Bavarian literature to biographies, travel to religion, nature and politics, and of course children's books, as well as bibliophile treasures, are on offer – all at reasonable prices. The book market is particularly well-stocked this year due to the three-year forced break due to the coronavirus pandemic! The net proceeds traditionally go to families in need, senior citizens, and disabled citizens in the district. Opening hours: April 4-6 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Good Friday, April 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
